Plant 1 - New Tool / Prototype Division

The size of Quala-Die’s staff and facility allows us to meet the demanding needs of the manufacturing industry.  We addressed the needs of both new and existing tools by establishing a Plant 1/Plant 2 division.

Our concept was to essentially have a shop within a shop.  Plant 1 concentrates on all new tools, adaptation, fixtures and prototypes.  We realized how important a new product is to our customers and this concept would allow these projects to be completed on time without the chance of their progress being hindered by reface’s and replacement tooling.  This is also the main division where the High Precision CNC Machining takes place.  Using a varitey of 50 different types of CNC equipment, we have the ability to machine to almost any tolerance!
